Take on a dynamic role as a Business Support Specialist at 407 ETR in Woodbridge, Ontario, for a six-month contract. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer service while assisting small and medium business customers with their inquiries.
You will act as a primary resource for various business queries, utilizing phone, email, and live chat to provide prompt and reliable support. Building and improving customer relationships will be crucial, as well as resolving account issues effectively to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing support via phone, email, and live-chat
• Manage inquiries and independently resolve account-related issues
• Explain billing, process lease agreements, and credit requests
• Implement actions to encourage timely payments
• Ensure professional communication in all interactions
Requirements:
• Education in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred
• At least 2 years managing business customer relationships
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and People Soft
• Basic accounting skills are beneficial
