As a key part of Miele's operations team, you will utilize your 2+ years of customer service and call center experience to ensure efficient service coordination. Emphasizing customer feedback and issue resolution, you will support service contract sales while maintaining exceptional service standards. This role values technical knowledge and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee service activities for professional customers
• Schedule service calls and ensure proper documentation
• Drive sales of service contracts through customer outreach
• Coordinate installation planning with service providers
• Collaborate with teams to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service roles
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ASW/SAP preferred
• Technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is an asset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and French
Excel in managing customer operations and providing exceptional service at Miele, driving effective solutions and client satisfaction.
