Your main responsibilities will include processing customer orders accurately while liaising with various internal departments to ensure timely deliveries. You will tackle escalated inquiries and develop documentation per SOX compliance, maintaining high operational standards.
Your role will support the overall efficiency of the customer service function.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders in JDE with precision
• Resolve complex order-related issues following guidelines
• Generate documentation for sales orders accurately
• Partner with supply chain teams to meet customer needs
• Maintain compliance with SOX protocols and documentation
Requirements:
• Business Management degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred background in sales or marketing
• Minimum 5 years in a customer service role, ideally in manufacturing
• Experience with ERP systems like JDE or SAP
• Ability to meet physical and environmental job demands
