Coordinate the return of lost and found articles to guests/members.
Catalogue, organize and secure guest/staff lost and found valuables.
Provide guest services in person and over the phone.
Perform administrative duties including completing guest lost article reports, data entry, filing and phone reception.

Strong organizational, problem solving and communication skills (both written and verbal)
Detail oriented individuals with a high level of accuracy
Candidates that can work independently with minimal supervision
Candidates with Microsoft Word and Excel experience, as well as the ability to adapt to other computer programs
Availability that includes working flexible shifts, including evenings, on weekends and holidays
