Bilingual Customer Service Inside Sales

Join Westlake Pipe & Fittings as a Bilingual Customer Service Inside Sales professional, focusing on enhancing customer experience through efficient order processing. This bilingual position requires fluency in French and English.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for receiving and managing order inputs, ensuring SOX compliance, and keeping customers informed about their order progress. Your background in inside sales or customer service will be crucial as you work with internal teams and maintain accurate documentation and customer files.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately manage order processing in JDE

• Maintain compliance with required documentation

• Provide proactive updates to customers on orders

• Organize and maintain customer pricing files

• Assist with return management and maintain inventory

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience in customer service/inside sales

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English required

• Preferred education in business management

• Knowledge of JDE or similar ERP is advantageous

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
