Alterations Customer Service Specialist

In this position, you'll play an essential role in delivering our signature A+ service. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, facilitating appointments, and maintaining high standards of organization within the alterations area. Your expertise will help customers see how alterations can enhance their special attire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers promptly and cheerfully

• Oversee appointment scheduling and customer inquiries

• Understand and promote alterations services

• Ensure quality control of altered garments

• Assist with cleaning and organizing the alterations space

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years of experience in retail or specialty stores

• Proficiency in POS systems

• Helpful sewing skills preferred

• Able to lift and move items up to 10 pounds
