You will learn technical products, provide guidance, and resolve customer issues through initiative and troubleshooting. Strong collaboration with Sales and internal support departments helps deliver consistent experiences while identifying customer opportunities that support growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and guidance to customers
- Enter orders and follow up through completion
- Investigate product or pricing discrepancies
- Deliver timely, accurate customer updates
- Partner with Sales to uncover customer opportunities
- French and English fluency for regional customer support
- Three-plus years of custom-product account management experience
- Customer service principles and practices knowledge
- Successful support experience in B2B environments
- Initiative, conflict management, and relationship-building abilities
