The ideal Patient Care Coordinator for our team will be highly motivated to facilitate the patient’s office experience in being seamless and ensure the patient leaves well informed and prepared for their next appointment.

- 35 hours per week
- 5 Days of the week
- 2-3 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist or combination of diploma in dental office administration and 1-2 years administrative experience
- Previous experience as a Patient Care Coordinator is considered an asset
- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Tracker is considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
