In this direct hire position, you will lead and coach a multidisciplinary design team while ensuring high-quality output in project management and design. Your expertise in AutoCAD, along with over 15 years of experience, will guide the team's processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement while addressing client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and oversee a design team of 8–9 members
• Manage the scheduling and assignment of projects
• Ensure detailed shop drawings are produced in AutoCAD
• Collaborate with clients on design solutions
• Drive initiatives for process improvement and cross-training
Requirements:
• 15+ years in commercial construction or related field
• Leadership experience managing design teams
• Advanced AutoCAD and Solid Works skills
• Knowledge of custom ceiling design principles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
