Position: BIM/VDC Coordinator for Construction
Become a key player in BIM and Virtual Design & Construction with our team. The BIM/VDC Coordinator focuses on model integrity and collaboration across all project phases.

In this role, you will support the execution of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) on various construction projects. Your background in architecture, engineering, or construction management will be vital as you create and manage Revit models while collaborating with project teams and stakeholders. Your efforts will directly impact project success and adherence to BIM standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage BIM models in Revit

• Coordinate across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines

• Produce outputs including drawings, schedules, and take-offs

• Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plan and standards

• Perform clash detection and support resolution of conflicts

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field

• 3+ years of BIM/VDC experience in construction

• Proficiency in Autodesk tools and BIM standards

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to interpret construction drawings
