Position: CAD Designer at Lennar Homes

In this role, you will be part of the Drafting Team responsible for producing detailed construction documents, including material specifications and space plans in AutoCAD. This position reports to the VP of Operations and requires strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects. You will work closely with Engineers, Project Managers, and other team members to streamline the construction process and ensure compliance with building codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed construction document sets using AutoCAD

• Provide elevations and built-in details for Model Homes

• Assist with conceptual designs and material selections

• Coordinate projects with consultants and field associates

• Attend Model Home frame walks as needed

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of residential drafting experience preferred

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Microsoft Office

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Familiarity with building codes and ADA requirements

• Willingness to travel regionally as required
