Land Development Planner at Dillon

Dillon is seeking a Planner to manage land development projects while fostering stakeholder relationships. With at least five years of progressive planning experience and a Master’s degree preferred, you will act as a trusted advisor, contributing to business growth and client relationships. Prepare proposals and presentations, while promoting self-development and team mentoring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate land development planning projects
• Liaise with public agencies and stakeholders
• Coach and develop staff through mentoring
• Engage in business development and client networking
• Travel for client relationship and project research
Requirements:
• Degree in planning, geography, or related field
• Membership in Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI)
• Minimum five years in land use planning
• Experience with Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT) preferred
• Strong communication and report writing skills
