The position entails reviewing complex project details and providing actionable insights for successful project onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze architectural plans to define material requirements

• Execute quantity take-offs with strategic pricing

• Document relevant testing and performance criteria

• Identify and address factors affecting cost

• Submit quotes to potential bidders in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or Construction Technology

• 5-10 years in estimating roles

• Experience with custom wood products essential

• Knowledge of commercial bidding processes

• Proficient in relevant software applications
