French Language Tutor for Children

Enthusiastic about teaching French? We're searching for a French language tutor dedicated to nurturing student growth in small, interactive classes in Thornhill.

This part-time position allows you to engage with students in-person and help them embrace the French language. You will employ existing curriculum materials and methodologies to create enriching learning experiences. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of the Grades 4–12 curriculum for effective instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach small groups of up to 3 learners

• Conduct sessions exclusively in person

• Follow assigned teaching strategies and methodologies

• Maintain posts on lesson feedback for students

• Engage in daily student communication updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

• Relevant tutoring or teaching experience required

• Strong skills in both French and English

• Experience multitasking with small groups

• Must be able to commute to Thornhill
