Elevate learning experiences as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist. Drive innovative training initiatives, coordinate workshops, and enhance staff engagement in a full-time role.
This position focuses on leading the L&D team in creating effective training solutions while complying with best practices and legislative standards. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to design and deliver impactful learning courses. Expect to oversee the learning management system, address staff needs, and facilitate a variety of educational workshops.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and workshops
• Design and implement new L&D programs and materials
• Oversee registration processes for training participants
• Assist in evaluating and auditing course effectiveness
• Maintain the functionality of the Learning Management System
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in L&D or training
• Degree in social services or related field required
• Proficiency in LMS tools and Microsoft Office
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills needed
• Relevant certifications in adult education preferred
Contribute to a culture of continuous learning while enhancing training quality and supporting staff development initiatives throughout the organization.
