Physics Tutoring Position

Position: Flexible Physics Tutoring Position Available
Become a Physics Tutor with Prep Academy Tutors and provide personalized support for students of all ages. Work flexibly while enhancing student understanding of physics through tailored lessons.

Prep Academy Tutors seeks a motivated Physics Tutor who is passionate about education and adept at working with students in line with the Ontario curriculum. This role includes creating tailored lessons, assigning supplemental work, and fostering a positive learning environment. Communication with parents about progress will also be a key part of your responsibilities to ensure student growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students in mastering physics concepts and theories

• Create individualized supplemental assignments to reinforce learning

• Cater to students’ varying levels with remedial and enrichment support

• Keep parents informed about their child’s progress

• Adapt lessons according to each student's unique learning style

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic educator with physics teaching experience

• Appear in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers

• Strong customer service skills in educational settings

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students and parents

• Experience in higher education teaching is a plus
