Duties

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that adhere to the school's curriculum

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students

Utilize learning technology to enhance educational experiences

Provide individualized support to students based on their learning needs

Monitor and assess student progress regularly

Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development

Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal growth

Skills

Strong understanding of childhood development theories and practices

Experience in curriculum development and implementation

Familiarity with private school educational settings

Develop and deliver lessons that adhere to the Montessori curriculum, covering a range of subjects including mathematics, language, science, and cultural studies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
