As a crucial part of our team, you will assess clients, design customized Employment Action Plans, and deliver workshops aimed at enhancing employability.
Your role includes building strong connections with employers and monitoring placements to ensure ongoing support and success in the field of Early Childhood Education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client eligibility for the ECE program
• Develop job opportunities and maintain employer partnerships
• Conduct job readiness workshops and provide coaching
• Organize events and workshops to promote services
• Maintain detailed case documentation for compliance
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Social Services or related
• 1-3 years of job development experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Familiarity with local labour market insights
