As a vital part of our training team, you will develop effective materials that engage learners across various formats. Your extensive background in design and development will enable you to identify critical learning gaps and create practical solutions rooted in adult learning principles. This role requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience and a commitment to staying ahead of learning technology trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal clients to determine training needs

• Design and produce engaging learning content in multiple formats

• Facilitate training sessions for Associates and gather feedback

• Research and apply new instructional technologies and methodologies

• Use tools like Articulate Storyline for dynamic course design

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Instructional Design or similar field

• Five years of proven experience in instructional development

• Excellent organizational and analytical skills

• Strong communication capabilities, both verbal and written

• Proficiency in French is beneficial
