Position: Teacher Assistant for JRoots and Kachol Lavan
Join the Kachol Lavan and JRoots team as a Teacher Assistant at Prosserman JCC. Engage with students and support classroom initiatives while promoting Jewish education and culture.

For the 2026/27 school year, JCC seeks four enthusiastic Teacher Assistants. Fluent Hebrew is required for Kachol Lavan roles, while strong Hebrew literacy is essential for JRoots candidates. Candidates will support lesson plans, communicate with staff, and serve as exemplary role models for students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively assist Homeroom Teacher with lesson execution

• Lead small educational groups as directed

• Maintain open communication with staff and management

• Exhibit a warm and engaging demeanor at all times

• Inspire families and students with positive interactions

Requirements:

• Fluent in Hebrew or high literacy level

• Strong knowledge of Jewish traditions and community

• Great interpersonal and communication abilities
