Position: Insurance Learning Experience Consultant
Shape the future of insurance training with CAA Club Group as an Insurance Learning Experience Consultant. This hybrid position involves developing tailored educational programs to meet the unique needs of insurance professionals.
In this role, you will work closely with business partners in Sales, Service, Underwriting, and Claims to evaluate and design robust learning initiatives aimed at enhancing knowledge retention among Insurance Associates. Your strong presentation and analytical skills will help foster a knowledgeable and effective workforce equipped for success.

• Stay informed about industry trends and development

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education and adult education certification

• 5 years working in the insurance sector

• Extensive experience in learning program design

• Outstanding communication abilities

• Experience with Articulate Storyline and Camtasia preferred
