The Toronto Catholic District School Board is seeking passionate Occasional Teachers for its roster. This position allows certified teachers and candidates with Transitional Certificates to apply for temporary roles in nearly 200 Catholic schools in Toronto. The role demands a commitment to the Board's vision of nurturing academic, spiritual, and emotional development in students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cover employee absences on an as-needed basis

• Engage with students to foster an inclusive learning environment

• Support student growth in academics and faith development

• Utilize Ontario Catholic School Graduate Expectations

• Collaborate with the teaching team and staff

Requirements:

• Practicing Roman Catholic with a Pastoral Reference Letter

• Certified in good standing with the Ontario College of Teachers

• Submission of practicum reports and evaluations

• Resume and Cover Letter addressed to Human Resources

• Two references from Associate/Host Teachers or Principals
