Position: Caterpillar Technical Trainer Role

As a Technical Training Instructor, you will identify and address training needs for both internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise will drive the development and presentation of comprehensive courses related to the Caterpillar product line. Collaborate with fellow instructors and various departments to ensure optimal training schedules and resource management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present training courses for Caterpillar products

• Stay updated on the latest technical advancements and product updates

• Communicate training needs with service trainers and coordinators

• Manage the training department’s resources and equipment

• Complete administrative tasks, including evaluations and feedback reports

Requirements:

• College diploma in Heavy Equipment, Truck and Coach

• Provincial Heavy Equipment Certification or Mechanics license

• 5+ years diagnosing and repairing Caterpillar equipment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Caterpillar Service Software
