This part time role within the Central East Prehospital Care Program focuses on enhancing the educational experience for paramedics and fire departments. You will apply your knowledge in both prehospital care and adult education to drive compliance and training excellence. This position is designed for individuals who are both self-motivated and passionate about community health education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and facilitate training sessions for various stakeholders

• Implement process improvements in educational delivery

• Support the hiring of qualified instructional staff

• Act as a liaison with community partners

• Ensure compliance with educational standards and protocols

Requirements:

• Active Paramedic certification (PCP, PCP IV, or ACP)

• Demonstrated training and educational expertise

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Understanding of PHIPA and confidentiality practices
