Inclusion Program Head Instructor

As an Inclusion Program Head Instructor II, you will implement activities tailored to foster independence and self-care for adults with special needs. You’ll design lesson plans, manage budgets, and promote participant engagement through community integration. Your collaboration with staff and families ensures a supportive environment that encourages growth and skill development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement community-based activities enhancing functional skills

• Develop tailored lesson plans and schedules based on needs

• Monitor and manage the program budget efficiently

• Promote active participation in diverse program activities

• Assist in training and evaluating program staff and volunteers

Requirements:

• 1-2 years education in a related field or equivalent experience

• Valid Police Vulnerable Sector Check required

• Experience in personal care and supporting maneuvering

• Ability to swim and High Five certification needed

• Strong organizational and communication skills
