Early Learning Coordinator at Sturgeon Public Schools

In this pivotal role, you'll bring expertise to Kindergarten, Pre-Kindergarten, and PUF programming across the Division. Collaborate with educators and community partners to ensure developmentally appropriate practices while staying current with research. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide divisional leadership in Pre-K and PUF programming

• Coordinate design, implementation, and improvement of Pre-K initiatives

• Ensure consistent, responsive practices across schools

• Offer ongoing support and coaching for educational staff

• Cultivate relationships between families and Pre-K programs

Requirements:

• Alberta Teaching Certification

• Master's Degree in Education preferred

• Five or more years in early childhood education

• Knowledge of Alberta’s PUF requirements

• Strong communication and collaborative skills
