This contract role requires a passionate facilitator to design and execute engaging workshops for youth and mentors alike. By recruiting Black professionals to guide students, you will help navigate their academic and career paths while promoting anti-Black racism awareness. Your expertise in community connection will enrich participants’ experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and review workshop content and materials
• Engage youth in interactive and relevant workshops
• Complete necessary documentation and audit measures
• Collaborate on marketing and outreach initiatives
• Ensure compliance with YMCA policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Education in a related field preferred
• At least two years of group facilitation experience
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Knowledge of challenges facing the Black community
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
