Living Sky School Division seeks a committed Educational Assistant for a full-time position starting September 2, 2026. This role involves supporting the engagement and success of students in both small group and classroom settings. Candidates should have a basic understanding of Grade 5-9 math concepts and be able to facilitate lessons independently with enthusiasm and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction and assist with lesson facilitation

• Promote student engagement and participation in core subject areas

• Exhibit patience and empathy while working with children

• Plan and organize learning activities effectively

• Communicate clearly and work collaboratively with staff and families

Requirements:

• High school diploma and one year of relevant childcare experience

• Post-secondary certificate in Early Learning & Childcare or equivalent preferred

• Strong organizational skills and an independent work ethic

• Enthusiastic and positive attitude in a team setting

• Willingness to embrace innovative teaching methods
