Hybrid Learning Designer

Transform training at CAA Club Group as a Hybrid Learning Designer, focusing on effective instructional strategies to enhance Associate capabilities and Member satisfaction.

This role offers flexibility and innovation in learning design.

You will engage with various stakeholders to pinpoint learning gaps, crafting customized solutions that resonate with diverse audiences. Expertise in both instructor-led and self-directed learning formats is essential for designing comprehensive educational resources that meet the needs of Associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify business goals to shape learning outcomes

• Create engaging instructional materials for various formats

• Develop online and facilitation resources

• Implement adult learning principles in course design

• Monitor and apply industry learning trends

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education and willingness to obtain Adult Education credential

• Minimum 5 years in instructional design and development

• Familiarity with Articulate Storyline and Camtasia preferred

• Strong organization and communication skills

• Proficiency in French is an asset
