As the Regional Lead, you will be responsible for directing hydropower initiatives and building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your leadership will contribute to project success while implementing strategic goals tailored to the region's energy needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct regional hydropower business development efforts

• Forge partnerships with key clients and agencies

• Oversee impactful hydropower project execution

• Provide engineering leadership to multidisciplinary teams

• Collaborate on nationwide growth strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• At least 15 years of relevant hydropower experience

• Demonstrated business development success

• P.Eng. eligibility in Ontario

• Strong communication and leadership skills
