Join OnSite Rentals as a Rental Specialist in a store-based role. This position requires a balance of genuine customer service skills and hands-on work with tools and equipment.
Your role is critical in efficiently checking out rentals while maintaining the fleet and ensuring customer safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm
• Assist in choosing the right rental equipment
• Conduct safe equipment operation instruction
• Manage accurate check-in and check-out transactions
• Clean and prepare rental equipment for new customers
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of customer-facing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools
• Valid Ontario driver's license (G class)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs safely
• Attention to detail in all tasks
