Boiler House Product Manager with strong technical depth and a passion for product development, training, and
cross-functional collaboration.
This role is ideal for an engineer with
hands-on experience in boiler house equipment—such as deaerators, blowdown vessels, water treatment systems, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers—who enjoys supporting national sales efforts while driving product innovation and
continuous improvement.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Sales and Application Engineering teams with Boiler House product sales initiatives across Canada.Lead the development, release, and lifecycle management of new local Boiler House solutions in collaboration with Engineering and Operations.Support the national rollout of Boiler House solutions and products developed by the broader Group.Travel approximately 30% across Canada to support customers, training, and product initiatives.Provide training, technical support, and continuous improvement guidance for Boiler House solutions.Assist Service and Commissioning teams with troubleshooting and implementing Boiler House system solutions.Develop technical literature including specifications, technical instructions (TI), and installation/maintenance information (IMI) for new and existing products.QualificationsDegree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
.Strong experience with Boiler House products, including deaerators, blowdown vessels, water treatment systems, pressure vessels, and heat exchangers.Basic control panel and controls experience, including exposure to valves and panel systems.8–10 years of technical experience in the boiler house market.Experience in sales, business development, or strategy implementation is an asset.Compensation & BenefitsThis opportunity offers a competitive and comprehensive package, including:
