Réalis, where engineering innovation meets real‑world impact. As part of our Materials Testing team, you will contribute to meaningful infrastructure and environmental projects across Ontario. This co‑op opportunity gives you hands‑on experience in a professional engineering environment, allowing you to apply your academic knowledge while developing the technical skills that will support your future career.

• Conduct materials testing in accordance with CSA, OPSS, AASHTO, and ASTM standards.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring advanced testing programs for asphalt, concrete, aggregates, and soil.
• Document laboratory activities and test results accurately.
• Perform field sampling of asphalt and aggregates.
• Support field sampling activities across Ontario when required.
• Contribute to the daily operations of the laboratory, including equipment calibration and sample management.
• Participate actively in health and safety programs.

• Ability to apply basic technical and mathematical skills.
• Aptitude for learning laboratory and field testing procedures.
• Proficiency in documenting results with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
• Aptitude for managing multiple tasks in a dynamic work setting.

Expected compensation for this role is (between $50,000 - $60,000 annually). Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
