What you will do- Design, analyze, troubleshoot, repair and modify products and systems to support Litens’
- Plan and perform engineering assignments associated with design or development.
- Independently evaluate, select and apply engineering methods, procedures and criteria in making modifications and adaptations.
- Test components and assemblies.
- Use company DIS process to execute projects.
- Investigate problems and find root causes using appropriate methods and tools, assist manufacturing and suppliers to develop processes for new products.
- BSc in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or Diploma
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of vehicle powertrain technologies
- Tolerance analysis with an understanding of GD&T
- 2D drawings and understanding of related mechanical inspection
- Independent work planning and task prioritization
- Use of digital design tools (FEA, Matlab/Simulink)
- Analytical problem-solving experience, (8D methodology)
- 2 years’ experience in the automotive or related industry
- Compensation: $ 87,000 to $ 100,000 annually
