Position: Senior RF Design Engineer at ITS Electronics
Join ITS Electronics as a Senior RF Design Engineer, contributing to innovative satellite communication products. This role focuses on RF/IF circuit design, simulation, and microwave technologies.
Located in Vaughan, Ontario, ITS Electronics is expanding its team to meet the demand for high-performance satellite systems. As a Senior RF Design Engineer, you will leverage your theoretical knowledge and practical experience in RF/IF development. Collaboration with engineers, customers, and suppliers is key, along with project management and technical documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and validate RF/IF circuits from 1 to 75 GHz

• Develop microwave and millimeter wave devices and circuits

• Manage small engineering projects within specifications and budgets

• Analyze customer requirements for technical specifications

• Perform EMI/EMC testing and adhere to ARINC standards
Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• 5 to 10 years of RF development experience

• Proficient in English communication skills

• Experience with Electronic Design Automation tools

• Canadian security clearance preferred
