Position: Project Estimator and Coordinator Role
Join AQ Group as a Project Estimator and Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in infrastructure projects. Leverage your analytical skills to enhance project estimations and management.

This position, reporting to the VP of Contract Services, focuses on preparing comprehensive dewatering proposals and managing project operations. You will assess job sites, prepare engineering documentation, and liaise with clients to ensure project compliance and effectiveness.

Your role will contribute significantly to delivering high-quality project solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend pre-bid site visits and communicate with clients

• Create detailed engineering plans and layout drawings

• Coordinate permitting requirements and obtain approvals

• Track project results and update CRM software

• Assist in project transitions post-award

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in relevant field such as Engineering

• 2–5 years of experience in estimating or project coordination

• Proficiency in MS Office and estimating software

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Collaborate effectively throughout project teams
