As a Technical Communicator, you will play a crucial role in the success of mining operations by supporting service technicians. Your responsibilities will include addressing product issues, performing failure analyses, and creating technical documentation. Your collaborative efforts will ensure that both products and services meet industry standards and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer technical assistance to mining service operations
• Serve as the liaison between Caterpillar and service teams
• Identify root causes of product failures and document findings
• Organize training sessions and seminars for staff
• Provide feedback to Caterpillar regarding product improvement
Requirements:
• 5+ years in heavy equipment experience
• Valid Heavy Equipment License or comparable experience
• Proficient in both English and French
• Skilled in Microsoft Applications and technical documentation
• Ability to adapt to travel and irregular hours
