Drive projects forward as an Automotive Project Coordinator located in Concord, Vaughan. This full-time, hybrid role involves coordinating efforts across engineering teams and external suppliers.
You will support engineering and product development by monitoring schedules and tracking project deliverables. Working alongside project managers, you will assist in maintaining rigorous documentation and adhere to automotive quality standards. Your proactive communication will aid in addressing potential risks while ensuring all project requirements are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate schedules and communication across teams
• Monitor project timelines and address open issues
• Maintain documentation, including KPI and status updates
• Assist in prototype builds and engineering changes
• Support meetings and follow-up activities for projects
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Engineering or Project Management
• 2–5 years of relevant project coordination experience
• Knowledge of product development and change management
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, and FMEA standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
Optimize project execution with effective organization and communication in the automotive engineering field.
