Drive project success as a BIM/VDC Coordinator, enhancing Building Information Modeling and Virtual Design & Construction across multiple projects. Ensure model accuracy and quality through collaboration.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the creation and coordination of BIM models, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. Your efforts will ensure adherence to established BIM standards and lead to high-quality project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage extensive BIM models in Revit
• Coordinate efforts across various disciplines
• Produce essential model outputs and drawings
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and practices
• Implement clash detection procedures using Navisworks
Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or similar
• At least 3 years of experience in BIM/VDC
• Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks tools
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and workflows
• Capability to maintain technical accuracy in modeling
