With significant experience in construction or EPC environments, you will develop key PMO standards and processes aimed at improving operational efficiency. Collaborating with various departments, your work will include documenting comprehensive workflows, facilitating training, and managing process adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and document PMO procedures for project delivery
• Adapt industry practices to fit the construction context
• Drive team engagement through workshops and feedback
• Support Director PMO in maintaining standards and templates
• Provide advisory support for ongoing projects
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in PMO operations or project management
• Proficient in technical documentation and process design
• Microsoft 365 expertise, including Visio and Share Point
• Experience in utility construction is preferred
• Relevant educational background in Engineering or Management
