Become a crucial asset to Toromont Cat as a Technical Communicator - AFA in Concord. This full-time, permanent role focuses on providing essential technical support to Heavy Equipment Technicians and enhancing service quality with Caterpillar products.
In this role, you’ll utilize your expertise to conduct failure analysis, document findings, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders. You will also support Toromont Cat's service operations and contribute to warranty processes. This position is designed for results-driven professionals with a deep understanding of the Heavy Equipment sector, keen analytical skills, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze equipment failures and report findings

• Present analyses to stakeholders effectively

• Engage with technical training and service teams

• Assist with warranty support and aftersales service

• Write comprehensive reports and documentation
Requirements:

• Heavy Equipment License or equivalent technical experience

• At least 5 years of experience in troubleshooting Heavy Equipment

• Bilingual in French and English is considered beneficial

• Prior experience with failure analysis is valuable

• Strong time management and organizational capabilities
