Réalis in Vaughan, Ontario. This full-time position is crucial for executing fieldwork and ensuring quality control on MTO projects.
We are looking for an experienced professional with at least three years in municipal infrastructure. Your key tasks will include conducting asphalt and concrete tests, performing aggregate sampling, and compiling essential reports. Collaborate with various stakeholders to meet industry standards and strengthen field practices through training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct asphalt sampling and temperature testing

• Perform on-site concrete testing and analysis

• Verify compaction of asphalt mats per MTO specs

• Liaise with team members and clients for project updates

• Document and submit field observations and reports
Requirements:

• Post-secondary credentials in Civil Engineering or Technology

• 3 years of relevant experience

• CCIL/CSA concrete testing certification required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Willingness to travel and work extended hours
