In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for the Reliability Program, emphasizing the management of the Regional Water Supply Service. Your expertise will be pivotal in enhancing maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and advancing reliability practices. Collaborate with various teams to achieve optimal asset performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the Reliability Program's continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Direct teams in Root Cause Failure Analysis initiatives
• Lead asset performance indicators and reporting practices
• Liaise with operational teams to align priorities and risks
Requirements:
• 10 years of experience in engineering required
• Minimum 4 years in reliability or asset performance
• Eligibility for a Professional Engineering designation
• Strong understanding of engineering reliability principles
• Proven ability in data analysis and EAM systems
