In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for the Reliability Program, emphasizing the management of the Regional Water Supply Service. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Reliability Program's continuous improvement

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

• Direct teams in Root Cause Failure Analysis initiatives

• Lead asset performance indicators and reporting practices

• Liaise with operational teams to align priorities and risks

Requirements:

• 10 years of experience in engineering required

• Minimum 4 years in reliability or asset performance

• Eligibility for a Professional Engineering designation

• Strong understanding of engineering reliability principles

• Proven ability in data analysis and EAM systems
