Position: Mechanical Designer for HVAC Systems
Advance your career as a Mechanical Designer with Kitchener Executive Consultants Inc. This role focuses on the design of Plastic Injection Moulded components for HVAC applications, guiding projects from concept to production.

Our client is seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer based in the North West GTA, with at least 5 years in mechanical design. You will create detailed 3D models, manage documentation, and ensure designs comply with internal and regulatory standards. Collaboration with teams across engineering, project management, and suppliers is crucial for success, along with a commitment to cost-effective designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D models and production drawings

• Support new product development and engineering changes

• Manage engineering documentation like DFMEAs and BOMs

• Collaborate with manufacturing for design feasibility

• Actively participate in cost optimization and quoting efforts

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 5 years in mechanical design, particularly plastic moulded products

• Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and GD&T

• Familiarity with ISO quality standards

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
