What you will do:- Develop technical solutions for global MBD processes to accelerate product development workflows from design to manufacturing.
- Promote the company-wide transition toward a Model-Based Enterprise (MBE).
- Develop MBD (Model-Based Definition) standards and GD&T best practices, with a focus on downstream usability.
- Develop and maintain MBD and PDM (Product Data Management) macros and add-ins, including testing and resolving issues.
- Develop, test, and debug MBD and PDM helpdesk AI agents.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies, including AI tools within CAD and MBD domains.
- Deliver MBD training and provide global helpdesk support, including troubleshooting and user guidance.
- Develop and update MBD training materials, templates, standards, and guides to support Product Engineering, cross-functional teams, and suppliers as practices and technologies evolve.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Applied Science, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in Solid Works with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Coding experience with Solid Works API (VBA) and Visual Studio ( or C#).
- Experience in mechanical product design and development, including applied GD&T.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Effective prioritization and time management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with UX (User Experience) design and research.
- Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL).
- Experience with PDM or PLM systems.
- CSWP (Certified Solid Works Professional - Mechanical Design) certification.
Compensation: $75,000 to $90,000 annually
