As a senior engineer, you'll mentor junior staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of geotechnical practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct geotechnical calculations such as bearing capacity and slope stability
• Prepare high-quality technical reports and design documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
• Support field investigations and analyze subsurface data
• Assist in proposal preparation with technical insights
Requirements:
• Degree in civil, geological, or geotechnical engineering
• 8 to 20+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in geotechnical software like Plaxis and Geo Studio
• Strong understanding of geotechnical principles
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams
