This position emphasizes coordination and organization rather than pure engineering, focusing on efficient change management. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate weekly Change Control Board meetings
• Drive Change Requests through evaluation and approval
• Facilitate communication between Engineering, QA, and Operations
• Ensure compliance with QMS documentation standards
• Maintain change records and configuration clarity
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration
• Highly organized with detail-oriented execution mindset
• Project coordination or engineering support experience
• Proficient in workflow management tools like Share Point
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
