Position: Volatus Aerospace UxV Systems Lead

As the UxV Systems Lead, you will spearhead the development and integration of unmanned vehicle systems, collaborating with multiple engineering disciplines. Your 3-5 years of experience in aerospace or robotics will ensure successful project execution from concept to prototype. You will also mentor junior staff and contribute to engineering iteration and process refinement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full development cycle of UxV systems

• Guide system architecture including avionics and propulsion

• Calibrate and validate flight controllers effectively

• Supervise testing and flight operations for prototypes

• Analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement
Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant engineering discipline

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in UxV systems

• Strong background in UAV flight controllers
