Valard seeks a dedicated PMO Process Specialist with extensive experience in construction or EPC project delivery. You will be responsible for developing, documenting, and fostering the use of rigorous processes within the PMO. Your efforts will directly influence project execution success and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and document PMO standards and procedures

• Create workflows, including roles and responsibilities

• Drive stakeholder buy-in for new processes and initiatives

• Develop training materials for process rollout and support

• Assist the Director of PMO in managing documentation standards
Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education in Engineering or similar

• At least 5 years of experience in process or project management

• Strong skills in technical writing for field teams

• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Share Point

• Ability to adapt processes to varied organizational maturity levels
