As a vital part of the team, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, supporting them by preparing engineering proposals and managing internal documentation. Your organizational skills will help maintain efficiency and quality in proposal submissions and client interactions, all while ensuring timely and accurate task completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare proposals for engineering projects and studies
• Track and manage project tasks and milestones
• Assist with report writing and presentation development
• Maintain clear communication with clients via multiple channels
• Ensure consistent quality in proposal processes
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma, with relevant business courses preferred
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong client-oriented communication skills in English
• High proficiency in MS Office applications
• Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
